Fun sushi sunday with kids!

Evelyn Mikomägi is calling kids to eat sushi!

Last sunday Evelyn Mikomägi asked different aged kids to Sushi Cat to put together a fun kids menu that got the name Happy Kitty. The test group consisted of Monika Tuvi's suns Mac & Sam, Ithaka Maria's and Tomi Rahula's daughter Agathe Vega, re-use kids clothes designer Marilin Rooba's sun Hugo and Evelyn's own 9month old sun Sanders.

Where did the idea come from?

Evelyn thinks that sushi has won so many hearts already and also amongst kids. Many parents say how eating sushi at home with the family has become an every week ritual. In Sushi Cat you can often see a cute scene how parents teach their children how to eat with chopsticks.

So how should a sushi meal for kids look like?

We made this meal together with kids and also the most skeptical ones should like it. Fun looking Happy Kitty consists of very healthy components - rice, salmon, snowcrab, egg, tofu, avocado, cucumber, salad, cream cheese, sesamy seeds, nori leaves, ginger and just a little bit of wasabi.

it costs only 45.- and is served on a wooden plate with soy sauce, green tea and miso soup. Quite tempting, isn't it?
